Where’s the market going after First Quarter of 2022?

The Easter bunny has hopped on in to the area and brought with him some nice Spring weather. But as the weather has been complicated over the last couple months, so has the real estate market. Old man winter is blasting through the region with a cold front, but even that is not enough to cool the housing market in the area.
